Warranty and Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You may opt for a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement unit (we will provide the shipping label in both cases).

We also offer a 1-year limited warranty covering functional defects for any purchased device. Functional defects include problems that prevent the device from being used for its intended purpose, at the discretion of InAndOn. Functional defects do not include problems or damage that is purely cosmetic, or a result of normal wear. Issues resulting from user negligence may be covered at our discretion. If we determine the product to be covered by our warranty, at our discretion, we will: (1) replace the product with a new product of the same model, (2) repair the product at no cost, (3) replace the product with a comparable product, or (4) provide you a full refund.

We are proud to offer expedient and fast servicing and repairs directly in Canada. General service and repairs are available for our products from our store or website locally in Markham, Ontario, Canada. 

Please contact support to facilitate a return, refund, or warranty services. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers are not eligible for any returns, refunds, or warranty services.
